Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Why should I substitute my potato chips?

Even though potato chips or french fries can be a yummy treat at times, they can be high in total fat, sodium, calories, and can contribute towards high cholesterol.  A good substitution would be these baked sweet potato chips because...

1. They offer beneficial antioxidants found in the sweet potato that help keep the body in check

2. They are cooked using a healthier unsaturated fat (olive oil) vs a saturated fat.

3. They contain less sodium by eliminating the salt, and using seasonings for flavor
